Lady Yael was one of the Three Generals who served in [yadawiki link="Zariel" show="Zariel's"] mortal army assembled in the material plane with the intention to chase down Yeenoghu. The first of the Three Generals to pledge herself and her people to Zariel's cause, Lady Yael hailed from the small hamlet of [yadawiki link="Idylglen" show=""] which had ongoing struggles against [yadawiki link="Yeenoghu" show=""] for years. Prayer after prayer went unanswered until at last Zariel and her mighty [yadawiki link="Lulu" show="mastadon"] mount arrived and promised to deliver Lady Yael's people from this monsterous evil.

She would go on to have a short-lived romance with [yadawiki link="Lord Olanthius" show=""] of [yadawiki link="Elturel" show=""], and they pledged to fight side by side with Zariel. During the Charge of the Hellriders in Idylglen, Lady Yael was captured by Yeenoghu and dragged through a dark portal, and the Hellriders led by Lord Olanthius, Zariel, and Lord Haruman charged through hordes of Yeenoghu's minions to reach the portal and charge through before it closed.
